Stop worrying and start living!

Les Brown asked the question: “If you had 6 months to live, would you be worried about what you’re worrying about right now?” We spend too much time worrying about things that never happen or if they do happen, are not as bad as we thought. When we spend more time worrying, we spend less time acting. As Willy Jolley said, there is no power in a panic.

Today I want you to stop worrying about finding a job, losing your home, or even losing a loved one. Instead, put all of your energy towards being proactive. Sitting in your room depressed will not find you a job or save your home or a loved one. Get out there and act. Do research on the disease a relative may have that can help improve their quality of life. Look again at your networks to see who can help you find work or consider becoming an entrepreneur. Look for programs or actually call your bank and see what options you may have to save your home. Some may say that I am oversimplifying real life problems. In reality, that is exactly what I’m doing because, at the end of the day, if you simply do nothing positive, the negative will continue to occur. Change your thinking and you’ll change your life!
